1. Introduction

Welcome to CuraEase ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our platform, website, or mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CuraEase.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" – CuraEase website, mobile app, and related services.
• "User" – Any person accessing or using the Platform.
• "Patient" – A User seeking healthcare services through the Platform.
• "Doctor" – A registered medical practitioner providing services through the Platform.
• "Consultation" – Online video/chat consultation or home visit service.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• If you are between 13-18 years, you may use the Platform only with parental/guardian consent.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law.
• Doctors must hold a valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

4. Payments & Fees

• Consultation fees are displayed on the Platform before you confirm a booking.
• Chat/Video Consultation: ₹350 (Doctor receives ₹200, CuraEase receives ₹150).
• Home Visit: ₹1000 (Doctor receives ₹500, CuraEase receives ₹500).
• All payments are processed through UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
• Payment is required before the consultation begins.

5. Telemedicine Disclaimer

• Consultations provided through the Platform are advisory in nature and do not replace physical examination where clinically required.
• Online consultations are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
• Prescriptions issued during teleconsultations are legally valid under Indian law.
• Emergency situations: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 108 or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

• CuraEase acts as a platform connecting patients and doctors.
• We are not responsible for the quality of medical advice provided by doctors.
• We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from consultations.
• Our total liability is limited to the consultation fee paid by you.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
